Snowfleet’s Terms of Service

Ver. 1.0 By commissioning me you agree to my terms below; they may be revised at any time. Your commission may be cancelled if any term is ignored. Table of Contents I. • Payment via Paypal

• I have the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason – I also reserve the right not to explain myself for any situation.

• I reserve the right to post or not post my work on any Social Media platform. If I have requested not to post my work online, the commissioner does not have the right to post it privately.

• If a commission falls through or the original sketch is not to a commissioner’s liking, I reserve the right to reuse the sketch for any future works.

• Reference Sheet is required – If you are trying to get a design figured out, please message me.

I.A Eligible Commissions Will Do: Fantasy Humans Anthro Feral Soft Gore Character Design Will Not Do: Commercial Mecha Pedophilia Zoophilia Heavy Gore NSFW Yaoi/Yuri* Notes * - I have nothing against the community; I do not fully feel I can represent them properly. However, I can draw the two in question in a picture together, just not in a sexual manner. II. Clients Rights

• The client may request to keep the commission private

• The client may request to be anonymous unless the commission is a gift

• The client may upload the work, as long as it does not infringe upon the term in Snowfleet’s Rights, as long as:

• Watermark is not removed

• Credit is given

• Linked back to my original post on DeviantART

• The client may use the commission as a Wallpaper, print, icon, etc.

• The client may add small edits, such as text, simple BG to transparent files.

• Any large edits will add the client to my block list.

• My work is to not be used commercially.

III. Payment & WIPS

• I will send the client an invoice once they have approved the initial sketch.

• I will refine the sketch and send it for one final approval. This is the point where the client must ask for specific changes. The client has a right to redline for anything specific.

This term is for anything other than Sketch Pages.

• Payment should be paid in full within 7 days’ time from the moment I send the invoice.

• Any last-minute changes that are significant will incur a $15 charge.

• Full resolution I will upload to Stash, unwatermarked. This is for Client use only and may not be uploaded anywhere.

IV. Turnaround Time

I always try to get my commissions done in a timely manner. It is your hard-earned money and I recognize this. I, as another human being, ask for a little grace when getting work done. I’m a full-time mother and commissions are currently a side income. I can sometimes get work done within a week, but can take as long as two months. Since there is such a large allowance of time, the client may ask for more than one WIP. These post WIP’s will have a large watermark. V. Refunds

• If for any reason I find myself unable to finish your commission, full refund will be issued.

• If the client wishes to cancel the commission after seeing the sketch, I will refund 50% of your commission and reserve the right to recycle that sketch however I see fit.

• Once the commission is completed or near completion, no refunds will be eligible.

Some of you have been around long enough to know that I was working on a fan-comic. I also just cleaned up my gallery - there is no longer a folder for that comic.

Here's the thing - while I've always had a soft spot for my comic, I was inconsistent with the uploads and to be really honest, I only started it when I was a teen and actually had NO storyline to follow. Just made up stuff as I went.

I did try to work on it more in the last couple of years and have a proper story board...however, because I'm so slow about working on it - the ideas I had written down are elements of other POPULAR comics and I do not wish to appear as a copy cat. So, I have removed the comic. Gemstone will still be a big character for me - but now I will be working on finding her a new place.

Tis already mid-November - where does time go?

First off, I want to apologize for the previous update; a conglomeration of issues popped up all at once and I became overwhelmed. One of the things that happened was the catalyst for me finally getting medication; I'm doing much better. There's another medication I'm working on getting, and my doctor's office is kinda bein a jerk about it.

In other news, our youngest was finally moved out of the office and into his own room - so now as long as my daily chores are done, I can begin to focus on art once more. Yes...I haven't touched my tablet much this year. Not for a lack of trying, mind you...it's just been a rough year for me to be honest.

I'm slowly working on catching up on socials. My DA will be cleaned up once more at the end of this year (if I've done art for you, please message me and I'll see if I can get the original file to you). I'm going to fix up Toyhouse and look at using some of the other art socials I have.

I'm also looking at starting up a crafting business. I've gotten permission from one IP to sell my fan works; now to reach out to the others.

With DA making some poor choices as of late - I may be looking at other platforms to set up. This does not mean I'll leave DA completely; I have been around for 13 years, starting originally with my account yukisentai. While I have Twitter - that is quickly going downhill as well.

Probably going forward, any art that I post here will be HEAVILY watermarked (more than I already have)
